Retractable Technologies, Inc. declared $39,050.00 in dividends to holders of its Series II Class B Convertible Preferred Stock and $18,561.25 to holders of its Series III Class B Convertible Preferred Stock. The company's Board of Directors approved the payments on September 30, 2026, covering the period from July 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026.

The dividends accrue at a rate of $1.00 per share per annum. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 12, 2026, will receive the payments on October 22, 2026.

Retractable Technologies manufactures and markets safety medical products under the VanishPoint and Patient Safe brands, as well as the EasyPoint needle. VanishPoint devices, including syringes, blood collection systems, and IV catheters, work by pulling the needle back into the device after use to limit needlestick injuries and prevent reuse. Patient Safe syringes are engineered to lower the risk of bloodstream infections caused by contaminated catheter hubs. The EasyPoint is a retractable needle that fits with luer lock, luer slip, and prefilled syringes for administering injections, drawing fluids, or collecting blood.

The company's products are distributed by various specialty and general line distributors. John W. Fort III serves as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Accounting Officer for Retractable Technologies.
